Someone very important once decreed that the seventh day is a day of rest. But we definitely do need to crack on with some proper stuff on the other days!
We have daily exercises that build gradually.
They are short and sharp and can fit around your normal life. Maybe ten minutes in the morning. But don’t skip the dailies.

You’ve got to get the core working. Core strength is vital and it wouldn’t be The Flamingo if you didn’t get a little ‘nasty’ to do every few days. But you can do them online with the flock if it helps. You’ll be amazed how much difference they make.

'fit club'
Once a week Chief Flamingo devises a flocker of a challenge for everyone. The difficulty builds over time. Of course it does. It might be a 1km run. It might be worse. But everyone does their best to meet the challenge. And if that sixty year old mad woman can do it then…
